BF x 54D Membership

  • 54D is a high intensity group training facility built around discipline, structure, and results. Their workout method focuses on strength, conditioning, and performance training, known for its athletic style coaching and no excuses culture.

  • CREDITS: 14 Classes total

    • 7 classes at Break Free Movement (any class on the schedule)

    • 7 classes at 54D (HYBRID CLASSES ONLY).

    You will receive a welcome email from 54D along with 7 credits on the Mind Body App.

    Please download the app and create a profile with 54D to redeem your 7 credits.

    All 14 classes expire one month after the date of purchase. Unused classes cannot be carried over, refunded, or transferred. Membership is non refundable and non transferable. Classes are subject to each studio’s schedule and availability. Late fees, cancellations, and no show policies will follow the rules and policies of each individual studio.
