She earned her mat Pilates certification and has since been passionate about sharing her knowledge and helping others connect with their strength, balance, and well-being. Her background in dance brings a unique flow and precision to her Pilates teaching, making every class both challenging and uplifting.

After teaching art for several years, she became a Polestar certified mat Pilates instructor in 2003 and receiving her PMA certification on Pilates studio equipment in 2008. Gina, in addition to teaching mat Pilates, she has added yoga to her passion for fitness completing her 200-hour YTT in 2019.

    Johan is a native Venezuelan with Ashtanga yoga as his foundation. Over the years, he has expanded his practice to include Power Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, and Yoga HIIT, blending tradition with dynamic, modern movement. After relocating to Miami, he earned his RYT 200 certification and most recently became certified in Mat Pilates—further deepening his approach to strength, endurance, and functional movement.

    His classes combine breath, fluidity, and challenge to help students build strength, stay grounded, and connect more deeply to their personal practice—on and off the mat.

Kaylee’s classes are breath-centered flows that balance challenge and ease, set to funky tunes, and designed to ground you in the present. Certified in 200-hour Vinyasa and 50-hour Yin, she invites you to explore both yin and yang energy in her classes.

    Luigi is a 200 hr RYT. Yoga can represent many things but ultimately it is the practice of practice which is what Luigi focuses on in his flows: the practice of consistency, practice of pushing past mental limits, practice of self-love & compassion, & the practice of presence through breath. Come flirt with your fears whether it is simply moving your body or getting upside down in an inversion. Practice progress over perfection.

    She aspires to create an environment where one can find safety & inspiration in looking inward. Intentionally designing her flows to promote chakra activation, she combines a fast paced dynamic sequence with deeply held postures to optimize the union between breath, body, and soul.

    Monica is the owner and founder of Break Free Movement. Monica is a certified yoga instructor who has been practicing for over 20 years and teaching for over 7 years. Her passion for wellness and movement helped create the concept for Break Free. Her favorite class to teach is Yoga Sculpt, the perfect fusion of yoga, strength, HIIT, mindful breath and movement, and created the first Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training in Miami, FL.

Pat has accumulated a total of 1000 hours of contact training and is an Experienced Register Yoga Teacher with experience in Vinyasa and Aerial Fitness. Her biggest passion is to share with others the tools she has learned through her many years of practice and study.
