Training will take place at Break Free Movement every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on both weekends of September 11-13 and 18-20, 2026.

You'll graduate as a certified Sculpt instructor by Break Free Movement, qualified to teach mat sculpt classes.
No. Sculpt TT is not a Mat Pilates teacher training and does not cover the classical Pilates repertoire. This is a mat based fitness approach with a strength focus. If you're looking for a Pilates specific certification, this isn't it.
The certification is yours to use anywhere. It's not exclusive to Break Free Movement, though completing the training does give you the opportunity to audition as an instructor here.
Our training is 40 hours total, held Friday through Sunday from 3 to 9pm.
You must complete 4 practicum hours by attending classes at the studio during the training period. You'll get a 1 week unlimited class pass included in your tuition to complete these.
Your tuition covers all training hours, your training manual, your practicum hours (including a 1 week unlimited class pass to complete them). It also includes your practical test-out, the opportunity to audition as an instructor at Break Free Movement, and ongoing guidance and consulting with Monica after you're certified.

None. This training is open to anyone, no prior certification or teaching experience required.
There's no written exam, but you will complete a practical test-out of aproximately 15 minutes to demonstrate what you've learned.
Anatomy, muscle activation, exercise modifications, class sequencing, cueing, musicality, work ethics, business mentorship, and the safe use of props and light weights, everything you need to confidently lead a Sculpt class from day one.
You'll have the opportunity to audition as an instructor at Break Free Movement. You'll also continue to have access to guidance and consulting directly with Monica, she's invested in seeing every graduate succeed, wherever they end up teaching.
Yes. Full attendance across all training days and all practicum hours is required to graduate.
Tuition is $1,300 paid in full, or three payments of $483 (total $1450). No additional costs.
