We offer a variety of yoga, mat pilates sculpt, aerial fitness, and strength training classes in Coral Gables. Each class is designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance.

Break Free Burn

A strength-focused class designed to build muscle and improve overall performance. Break Free Burn emphasizes progressive overload with heavier weights, controlled reps, and targeted sequences for the legs, glutes, arms, and core. Expect intentional movement, clean form, and consistent strength gains over time.

Sculpt

A form- and alignment-based strength class designed to build stability, balance, and full-body control. Sculpt uses bodyweight exercises, resistance props, and mobility work to improve coordination, core strength, flexibility, and joint stability — all in a heated room.

Yoga Sculpt

A high-energy, full-body workout that blends yoga postures with weights and cardio intervals. Yoga Sculpt is designed to build lean muscle, boost endurance, and increase overall strength in a heated environment.

Power Yoga

A strong, continuous yoga flow that combines breathwork, dynamic postures, and mindful movement. Power Yoga is designed to build strength, increase mobility, and support mental focus while moving at a steady, intentional pace.

A mindful vinyasa flow focused on releasing tension and restoring balance in the body. This class blends active movement with longer restorative stretches and concludes with a brief sound bath meditation to support relaxation and nervous system reset.

Vinyasa Reset

Aerial Power Flow

A dynamic, full-body flow combining vinyasa-inspired movement with strength and stretch conditioning using the aerial hammock. This class includes supported inversions, controlled transitions, and mobility work designed to challenge and decompress the body.

All levels welcome. Modifications provided.

What to bring: Full-length leggings recommended. Mat and water required.

Aerial Flips & Tricks

An aerial arts–inspired class focused on learning foundational flips, tricks, and transitions in the hammock. Classes include strength conditioning, flexibility work, and skill-based drills to build confidence and body awareness.

All levels welcome. Modifications provided.

What to bring: Full-length leggings or fitted clothing recommended. Mat and towel required.
